This is the second recipe that I have attempted since we recieved the Bently Cookbook.
Something that I have noticed with all reciped from fire halls, churches, or of a certain age (at least 40yrs) is that they assume a lot. This one is better than most, and bread as a general rule is pretty straight forward.
The end result was pretty good, but it did brown a bit more on the top than I like. Next time I will put the rack down a couple more levels and see how that works.
