I made a thing for the BBQ

Yesterday I was on site all morning and mentally burnt when I got home. I was able to get a couple things done and we were having burgers. I wanted to have them on the kamado, but didn't want to wait too long to get it to temperature, and I didn't feel like using the manual bellows (long metal straw), so I made this.

version 0 of the bbq starter

It is an old PC case fan with a 12V wall wort connected to an extension cord (on a GFCI breaker) with some cardboard holding everything together, and this worked like a charm. I put a couple alcohol soaked cotton balls in, lit it and it was over 750F within 20min. Burgers were served 15min later.
