For most of the summer we have been sticking around the house, or going for adventures off the peninsula, however this morning I felt like going for a walk before it got too warm, and not around the house, so we headed to Point Pleasant Park.
It was a nice walk, but there were a lot more squirrels that I remember and they were way more "friendly" too. The other thing that I noticed was the lack of birds, again. There were a couple of seagulls in the air, but no crows, ducks, robins, etc.
I wonder if that is part of the reason that there are so many more squirrels, or maybe its just because I haven't been there in so long and forgot how many there are.
