
I have been making pan pizza dough for a while, but we have started to mix it up with this neapolitan pizza dough recipe. We had been using frozen store bought doughs, but they seem to have been losing flavour over the years, or our taste buds are maturing, I don't know which.
I made a big batch of this last week and the pizza from it was good, I wanted to try something different, and I realized I'd never made calzones before, so today was the day.
They turned out pretty good. The two things that I learned in this attempt were:
- MORE CHEESE
- The slits matter.
The one that had only one slit bubbled over and wasn't picture ready.
